This is one of the easiest and common way to scam. There are lots of money making free stuff's are available in internet which electrify these scammers to Rob people.
Details:-
In this Case, you have been notify that you e-mail have won millions of money in a mega draw and you must withdraw this money in a limited period of time. you have charged a little amount of money for Shipment, Processing fees, etc... . once you will pay this amount, they will just invent a new fee etc.. etc.. you have to pay them until you give up or run out of money.
Sometimes names of genuine lottery companies are used as a cover, but you are then told to contact a specific claims processing agent, lawyer, security company, etc. to mask the fact that the sender has nothing to do with the real company.
Precautions:-
if you receive an email from a lottery you did not enter ,it's a scam. in most cases the e-mail accounts in the email are free email accounts and the phone number is mobile no. or the Number is registered free at Flextel.
Never Send any money to the criminals behind these scams.
